hi all so a couple of week ago I came across a kc 100 in need of slight tlc at a bargin price so I snapped it up and let the fun begin here is my main problem I got it started tday as per and then it just stoped I av got a spark and its getting fuel I av already dun the ignition timing as this was wht was need in the tlc now the only think I can think of is if its over or under fueling as it came wth 2 carbs and I cleaned them both up but I am not sure wth size main jet is needed in this bike and they are both different size any info would be of a great help or hints or tips thanks

hi I am in barnsley I av looked in the manual and I carnt seem to find a main jet standered size. it strange cos it was running fine one min thn back fired a couple of time and stop running I av had the carb to bits to see if it the float chamber playing up as I had a little problem wth tht but it all seems ok and another thing is I dont say how to set the air flow I av always put them to 2 and a half turns out but am not sure if this is wright. for this bike
