Carb question KLX250

My stock carb has a fitting on the engine side for a hose to attach, can anyone tell me where this brass nipple should connect to?

Do you have a repair manual? It is really helpful for things like this and doing repairs yourself.

I believe it's a vacuum hose that comes from a elbow between radiators. My 06' has one on top towards engine.
