SO I'VE RECENTLY GOT MY MIRRORS WITH INTEGRATED TURNSIGNALS IN AND AM GETTING READY TO INSTALL WHICH SHOULD BE A SINTCH BUT I WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU HAD A CREATIVE IDEA FOR THE SOON TO BE HOLES IN MY FARING. I THOUGHT ABOUT GETTING SOME FLUSH REFLECTORS BUT I WOULD MUCHRATHER HAVE A SMOOTH LOOK WITHOUT SOMETHING SHINING BACK.

look on e bay, theres a guy selling flatblock off plates for 20 bucks, go get some bolts and weld the threads to them and grind off the heads then paint them whatever color your bike is and there you go. what kind of bike do you have anyway ?

I HAVE A BLUE 2005 ZZR AND I JUST REPLACED THE BLINKERS TODAY. I'LL GET SOME PIX UP SOON.

 

Can I ask...what color of blue your bike..... I LOVE that. Mine is being painted "blurple" and it seems alot like that color but its hard to tell in a picture.

 

THANKS... I WASN'T TOO HOT ON THE COLOR AT FIRST BUT IT'S DEFINATELY GROWN ON ME. IT'S "VIPER BLUE" AND MAN DOES IT LOOK GOOD IN THE SUN. THANKS AGAIN

 

Kawasaki stickers on both sides to cover up the holes? I'm just saying.

 

I was looking at purchasing the mirrors with the intergrated signals as well, do you have a close up pic you could send me of the ones you put on, why did they not work with your stock holes??

 

I HAVE SOME PIX IN THE "ZZR600" FORUM OF THE BLINKERS INSTALLED. IF YOU WANT SOME MORE PIXEMAIL ME SAKI. THE MIRRORS I GOT ARE FOR A GSX-R SO THE THREADED HOLES ALREADY THERE WERE SLIGHTLY TOO SMALL. BUT THAT WAS FIXED QUIK AND SIMPLE BY DRILLING OUT ONE OF THE MOUNT HOLES ON THE MIRROR ITSELF SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO MODIFY MY BIKE EXCEPT FOR THE ELECTRICAL OBVIOUSLY. HOPE THAT HELPS.

 

fiberglass them then when there sanded smooth paint http://www.color-rite.com/ them.
auto parts stores have fiber glass kits. dont forget to prime first.
the extra time really pays off.
