Default Spring Cleaning For Newbies!

Hey guys! I live in Georgia, so the weather is starting to warm up pretty quick. I took my bike out today, and it's lost some of it's pep during the winter months. I was just curious what you would suggest I do to get my 1980 KZ750LTD ready for the Spring. I want to replace the plugs and wires, and change from an air filter to individual pods. I just got the bike last Fall, so I'm not 100% on what parts would be best. Any help would be awesome. Just FYI, I don't ride hard or fast so I don't need speed or aggressive performance upgrades, just the basics!

Thanks y'all!

deej, please feel free to offer any cleaning tips you might think useful. I've only had my Kawi for like five months, I always appreciate good advice.
