Dunlop GT501 or Dunlop Elite 3 Tires?

I am looking into getting some new tires on my KZ750 sometime between now and early next spring. I THINK the dunlop tires will be the best value and quality for the money, but which ones? If there is anyone using either of these tires, I would like to know what you think of them.

The GT501's:

The Elite 3's:

I am leaning more towards the Elite3 tires. They at least 'look' more grippy and sporty than the 501's.

I see a front tire and a rear tire of two different models.
I have not tried either of the models that you listed. What is the KZ going to be used for?

Well I use my bike mostly for daily commutes to work, but I would like a tire with very 'sporty' grip. It doesn't matter much how many miles it will last as long as it sticks like glue.

Now I also had a guy at the local bike shop recommend Metzeler tires. I have never heard of them before, but everyone there said they were great tires. I took a look at them online. Although more expensive than the Dunlops, maybe they would be worth it.

metzeler is a good brand. their sport touring tires can be sticky and get good milage too.
