Newbie question, new to the site and the Kawasaki I just acquired - which I believe is a 1981 KZ750E. I am looking forward to getting this working - I always wanted a KZ650, and this is it's big brother/replacement, so it is the 4 cylinder model


The bike looks mostly complete, and has less than 20,000 miles. It looks as though the prior owner tried to do some work, and then abandoned or left it. The Cam Cover is off, the cams were exposed and appear mildly rusted. I want to see if I need to strip the down (possibly while in the frame?), and want to initially get a pdf copy of an "official" Kawasaki Service manual...


I'm pretty sure I could find one on eBay, but before I pay some serious $$ (for the manual, various parts, and spend a bunch of time not knowing what to do next...) on this (new to me) money pit, I wanted to review the manual.
