Jen, you need to take another pic of your bike so you can get rid of this one!! We don't need to see the losers bike in the background, and you dont need to see it either!!

 

Hahahah, I didn't even realize. I'm sorry. Look, it was hotter than blue blazes today, but tomorrow when I get home, I'll get the bike out of the garage long enough to snap a new shot. She won't be as pretty, since I've dropped her since then, but at least we'll get rid of that nasty Yamaha! LOL I PROMISE this time! I'd do it now, but it's already dark.

 

Patrick, to clarify - my nomination of Gerg for BOTM didn't stand was because no one seconded the nomination?

 

Well, probably that and the fact I still don't have any really good pictures up yet.

I just gave my baby a good cleaning, and discovered that when I took it in for its 600 mile service they must've really layed the chain lube on thick. It spray-coated my rear wheel with chain lube! Especially the forward face of each of the 3 spokes... Just black. Bastards! I tried to use some wheel cleaner that's safe for aluminum wheels, and it was a slow and painful process. I ran out of daylight, so I got it as best I could before parking it, and I'll revisit it tonight, and hopefully get some pics up. Should be ready for next month...

 

I thought your pics were pretty good, can't wait to see some new ones though! I don't think it matters about the quality of the pics, Patrick has fixed some up for posting in the voting/nominating threads. I just think it is because no one seconded the nomination. Oh well, another time

 

Ok well I'm just gonna have to run with the pic you've got. I hurt my back and can't imagine trying to move the bike right now. I have one of it still on the truck. I'll upload it to the gallery. If you like it better, that's fine. Sorry.

I should be fine soon. It's too hot to ride here anyway, so perfect time to pull a muscle. Apparently I did it Sunday during the group ride. Didn't notice till about twenty minutes after I got off the bike. But the last two days have been pretty vicious. That's cool though. One of my new guys used to be a sports trainer. He said he'd stop by tonight and give me a massage!
