Easy Exhaust Mod

Everyone seems to ask how to get more noise from their 800. I have a Classic, all I did was drilled off the back plate rivets then enlaged the rivet holes to about 8mm each, (through the plate away, paint black the back of the pipe) sounds awesome and it only took me 30mins! :)

You enlarged the rivet holes to 8mm? This a typo?

I recently purchased a 2005 800. Thought about drilling that back rivet plate out(off). Does that mess with the jetting at all? Just looking to get alittle more nosie out of it......not alot.
