Running on 1 cylinder

Help, my 2002 Kawasaki 500 ltd is only running on 1 cylinder. I tried changing the spark plugs but it didn't help. Does any one have any other suggestions??

Welcome to the forums...

You have two coils on that bike. Have you checked fire out of each coil?
