Anybody put a Cobra Lite Bar on their Nomad? And how do you like it?
I love my 07 Nomad. Added kuri grips and v&h baggers. Great ride. Milage between 36 and 40. Dang.

I ordered my lightbar at the time of purchase. I was told by the Parts Dept at the dealership that Cobra actually makes the "Fire and Ice" lightbar for Kawi. I confirmed this directly with the Cobra people and it is true. So essentially it's a Cobra lightbar. I like mine just fine. The on/off switch for the spotlights is easily accessible, the adjustment bolts are also easily accessible and the looks of the unit is ergonomic with the front of the bike. There is also a 3-pc set of visors available for it that looks nice as well... a bit of a pain to put on (and that's with having the dealership do it!), but they look good IMO.

I've added a few pix of the bike with the lightbar and visors. They're not very good pix, but you'll get the idea... The first one shows the design of the bar; the second shows the on/off switch (the black switch below the right spotlight), and the third shows the visors. Lousy pix; just took quickies in the garage to at least give you an idea....

Hey, DSONomad. My 07 nomad is black and silver. Now I have the same addons as you plus Kuri grips. The Cobra lite bar was easy to install except the turn signal wires were too short. Had to ****e them. The light bar lights up the road and looks great. You got a pretty bike.
