I recently bought a used 07 Nomad that has the Cobra light bar. I am getting a buzz that sounds like it is coming from the headlight. I am going to pull the light cover and look inside. I believe it is the wiring vibrating on the headlight housing (that is what it sounds like). Any other suggestions? It only happens when running around 55-60 mph.

 

Could even be the casing resonating. Check all your connections and bolts. If you cant find anything loose the quickest way to find the vibration would be to take the windsheild off and feel around the headlight while its buzzing. Happy hunting.

Any luck finding it...... I have the same issue with my 08 nomad..... opened headlight number of times... even placed foam between wires and case.... still happens 55 - 60 mph...
