Default steering wobble

Please help! I have 1997 1500 clasic, i just bought it a few months ago, the bike pulls to the left and then toright. the tires were pretty worn and the front one had dips in it, it kind of looked like the front tires on a 4 x 4 truck. so i put new tires on the front but the problem persisted I had it checked out at a bike shop, he checked the spokes, changed the neck bearings and checked for anything loose, he thought it inproved the situation and thought the back tire was the problem. I put a new rear tire on but it is still the same.(it is most noticeable around 25 mph.) any help would be great!

Sounds like your steering bearings are either dry or you have a flat spot in them.
