1999 Vulcan drifter 1500 I believe it's my bevel bearing. Started to lose my clutch and smoked like all hell then I pulled in to a gas station in Challis Idaho. I was able to get the expensive *** part.

I have no idea about your problem there. However...
There's an older gentleman in town who used to race dirt bikes. I've see where he's helped out some fellow riders now and then. I don't know his name, but you could try asking around.
