2003 Vulcan 1500 Fuel leaking Help

Hey guys, I have a 2003 Vulcan 1500 classic and a couple days ago I couldnt get it started and it just kept cranking. Before it finally started it kinda backfired then it started and ran very poorly, but the biggest thing is that it seems to have sprung a leak. Gasoline is pouring out of a hose that seems to come out of the throttle body. I thought maybe it was a bad fuel pressure regulator, so I replaced the regulator/pump and it still pours out gas. The hose is coming out of the throttle body and goes under the seat and then stops there. Does anybody know what this hose is?

Funny that you mention this.
My buddy has a 1999 Vulcan Classic 1500.
Went to start it for the first time this spring and the same exact thing happened to him.
He took the carb off andtook apart, did not find anythingwrong.
Cleanedthecarb and put back together and it ran fine.
He thinks when he took it apart, something maybe jarred lose, float needle or something.
Sirloin.
