Default Blinker removal trouble!!

Ok, so i ordered some new flush mount blinkers from d2moto and let me tell you it is a total pain... the lens fell off, and all the stuff is plastic. Well now that i have installed them i am attempting to put the front fairing back on the bike, and i think the intake box/snorkel is rubbing the inside of the fairing and getting caught up on that blinker assembly... Have any of you fellow zzr lovers had these kind of problems? Can you recommend a better place for a flush mount blinker? Or maybe LED style blinkers... this is just the first step to a whole new look. I am also looking at a undertail/integrated light set up... I have seen them but all i hear is negative stuff about how nothing is cut properly and blah blah blah...
All suggestions, advice and assistance is greatly appreciate...
thanks

if you still want an undertail i recomend this.

if everything else fails you can always buy a set of these
