For those of you interested in a different seat, Corbin came out with one about 6 months ago. I initially ordered the Gunfighter & Lady (not sure why it's called that) and the Glove Box slides in on the back. The glove box was supposed to be the same color as the bike but they had trouble with paint matching. This not cheap ($710+-) but I think once the seat is broke in, it will be well worth it. The leather is extremely stiff but I can see a difference already since I bought it. I've put roughly 3K on it and no complaints yet. The backrest/glovebox is removable with an allen wrench

I ordered one for my '05 ZZR600, about 5 weeks ago. They said it'd ship in 2-3 weeks, so I called them Friday and they said it's done, and will ship out tomorrow (Tuesday). I guess it's a busy time of year for them. I sat on a couple of them (for different bikes) and they all felt like the saddle was a little wider, and felt like it'd be more comfortable for the long trips (all of my trips seem to turn into long trips). So I figured, what the hell. The seat's also feel a bit wider up front, but they'll do whatever to make it fit for you. I'll report back after it arrives w/pics & a ride report.
