Default yay! Two things to offset my middle agedness thoughts

One: My oldest daughter mentions that I will be a Grandpa. I say yay! while considering the fact that I am deej's age....he rides a klx 250..... is OCD and carries a padded something or other on his tail section. (yeah, ride that bullseye with the scope)

What can I say other than I am not like deej honey, you will not regret it. lol

Messin with ya Deej.

So, my first grandkid at my young age needed a celebration. ZX7Ryder almost donated his 05 ZX6rr to me for this years Drags Mid life crisis syndrome it seems. (I posted up my oldest on my '90 zx7 back then), so why not a grand kid on an 05 6rr? What the hell, it is all good. Thanks to my daughter for making me feel old and thanks for Thomas (ZX7Ryder) for keeping me sane with the new toy and to deej and the dark side of KF for the middle aged mud slinger folklore.

pics to come of the youngest, the novice number and of the newest ride to come.

Congrats on the new acquisitions. Nothing like becoming a grandparent to make you feel old, but also bring joy. My GF became a grandmother a few months ago. Ahh the doting over the little feller. My younger bro became a grandfather a couple years ago at the ripe old age of 39.

Looking forward to the pics.

Where do you drag race? Ever get up this way to Firebird?

Try becoming a grandfather my way. Eldest son (21) is engaged to a woman with two kids, 10 and 8 I think) from her previous marriage. I'm 42 and didn't get any of the build-up or preparation for this and now have to work out how to build a relationship with these two (wonderful) kids rather than just being "Dad's Dad".

I moved to Elko, so looks like Tooele, UT at Miller motorsports park will be my closest track. I don't drag race neither, just one knee down baby! But it will go nicely with my 06 track prepped 10r which should be close to a 200mph ride on the front straight.

yeah, the guy already has 3 youngins from his first marriage as well. They were all over for Christmas for the first time. Some life changes are in order for sure.
