emm; I'm not sure I'd like "Eagle" it is a bottom feeder and will eat anything thats dead.
I'm pretty sure the meats on the tuff side.
maybe long enough in a crock-pot with tenderizer would do it.

Well as far as the holidays were concerned I went on a several day binge and resurfaced some old recreational habits. I'm proud to report that I am now sober after 72 hours!
Now work is another story. I am assigned to the AHL project where I am the Quality Coordinator for 3 brand new tanker ships for Shell we are building. We are trying to finish the hull of ship #1 while cutting pieces for the units of ship #2. Its a cluster F from hell and has kept me busy as the f-word. It's making it stressful for everyone at the yard because my job is to do statistical analysis on the information gathered and report it to the vice pres of operations. Well, everyone is looking pretty crappy right now and I catch hell for making them look bad. LOL! Soooooo... thats where the stress is coming from.
Oh yeah, and work blocked the site. SUCKS!

Damn, I'm glad you made it throught the binge OK. I can relate to the QC position being in construction. As the Engineering Manager, I am totally responsible for the QC manual and oversee the QC department manager.
Unfortunately, if you are not making them look bad, you are not doing your job. So it's a catch 22 either way.
When there are no NCR's on file, everybody looks at you for not catching the deficiencies. It's never easy!
