Default Where I've been.

It's been two weeks since I've been on and it's sucked! But I've been busy making life changes. I got gastric-bypass surgery, (I was currently at 450LBS), and have been spending every moment either working out or meeting with doctors, nutritionists or my fitness coach. It sucks and it's humbling, but I want to be around my son for a very long time and currently am not able to do a lot of stuff with him, and I hated it. So wish me luck!

One funny conversation I had with my doctor. Him: "I'd like to see you cut out caffeine in all forms" me: "I'd like to see me wake up with the US women's beach volley ball team, that's not going to happen either." him: *laughs* "Okay how about going down to 2 cups of coffee a day." Me: "I can handle that."

Peace and tacos!

I've thought about gastric bypass but was scared by how invassive it is. My doctor just gave me a referal to see a specialist about lap band.
for the past 6 months I've been doing 7+ hours of cardio a week and trying to eat as healthy as I can.

You guys are an inspiration to me, I need to shed a few (50+) lbs. Maybe we should start a support group, seriously, everyone could do what works, but its all about being there for each other. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]Substitute the beer mugs for water. Hey I drink 5 cups of coffee every morning, that's mostly water, does that count?[8D]

Thanks for the support guys! I'm not getting the lapband, I've met a few people who've had major problems with it. I've swapped out nearly all my coffee for water, just finished my 1 cup today. my goal is to be about ~200LBS i would like to get smaller but i need to be realistic, I'm built like a cave man. if you want a nasty wake up call, write down EVERYTHING you put into your mouth. That was startling to me, for example here was a typical day for me.
Breakfast:

2 Bacon, Egg cheese bagels from Mcdonalds
large coke
hash browns

3 cans Mt. Dew
2 cups of coffee

Lunch double bacon cheese burger fries
2 cans of Mt. Dew

4 cups of coffee

"snack"
2 double cheese burger add mayo

Dinner:
8 piece KFC
large pepsi.

Yeah no real mystery how I ended up like this....

Good luck on your goal. I'm sure you will be able to hit it. My realistic goal is 200-215. I'm built big also. If I were to get down to what the bmi charts show as good. I would be way to skiny. It says I should be around 170ish. I think I would like like stavin marvin if I got that low.
