Default Went to the ER this morning

Passed another kidney stone. Baruuuu to the tal!!!!!!!!!!! I told my wife it's worse that giving birth....she of course disagreed. She is such a good wife, she rubbed my back in the ER and told me it was going to be ok. Great support. got home and 15 minutes later I screened it out and now its in the fridge. Note to self, do not mix up with the apple juice in there.

Funny how something so small can cause so much pain. There's a joke there somewhere. LOL

might be another one.......twins!!
the body is really good at what it does- so if you need something like say Calcium the body will try and store it; In my case broken bones caused the deficiency.
Someday I'll tell you a tale about kidney stones. A three month tale.
