It's been raining and nasty for days here... just totally sucks. How far into the year do you guys ride? Whats the coldest it's been when you've gone out for a ride? For those of you in the seasoned states....This will be my first fall/winter with my bike up here in VA and wanted to know how you all fair with the cold.

 

they have heated grips get some good winter gear and youll be fine. This is gonna be my first winter here too i live in charlotte NC. IM from florida so the coldest i have rode in was 55 so far and that was in florida. I froze my *** off. but i was only wearing a hoodie and jeans

 

Im in CA and the coldest I rode in was 40's. That was damn cold. I had my jacket with liner a sweater and 2 shirts on.

yeah id say it gets pretty chilly round here in VA... im from Miami myslef so im not used to riding in this cold weather here... even a few times this summer already driving into work its been in the 60's i start to get the shakes form the cold... guess i should start wearing that heavy clothes...

 

You ain't kidding the rain sux!I went to work a couple of weeks ago and it was 54 in the am. I still wore my mesh and a t-shirt. Raced arena cross in Ohio in the winter, It was 20 degrees outside! Now that's cold!

 

35' you know its cold when things are going numb that shouldn't be i wouldnt ride if it got to much colder ice is a bad thing on two wheels i was rideing in mid january in new hampshire

 

Anything colder than 35 degrees and I am not riding!

 

40-45F and it stays parked

 

i did a six houre ride that day
