Default Virus scanners

Can anyone tell me of a trojan and virus scanner that is free and will remove the viruses/trojans? I got some sort of virus that makes my computer screensaver and background blue and there are coachroaches eating it.

Thanks,
Will

I'm trying CCleaner right now and I did the advanced options so hopefully it will find the bug and delete it so I can visit the forum more.
