Default Time to start working out again.....

Ok- so I just realized that I need to go to the gym and start doing some cardio/aerobic - I need to shed a few .. . HAHAHAHA too much time at the bars and junk food over the winter-

Anyone ever use a supplement?

I was thinking of maybe something to stimulate my metabolism or promote weight loss in addition tonot eating junk and working out everyday

P.S- You know it's time to hit the gym when:
a. Your T-Shirts get a bit snug
b. Your Pants are snug- and you change the notch on your belt.
c. You suddenlyweigh yourself and say.."wheredid it all go?!?!?!"
d. All of the above

I don't really know if any of he supplement stuff helps. When they had the stuff with efedrin in it that stuff did work. I've been hitting up the gym again my self. In the past month I only missed going to the gym one day.

for some people Hydroxycut works....i know when i wanted to get down from 205, i used it, did a TON of cardio and weights, and ate really well, and lost about 25lbs over 8-12 weeks. The thing with hydroxy is that you HAVE TO eat right, there is no exception, if you dont, it wont work. And cardio is key, atleast 30 minutes a dayX5 days a week.

Then again, everyone is different, but this is the only way I ever saw results

Hydroxy cut worked really well when they have the efendrin in it. A few years back i used it and over about 6 mo. I lost like 45 or so lbs. I was doing a ton of cardio also.

When I work out, I just run on the treadmill for either an hour, or 4-5 miles. Which ever comes first. But, I've been lazy because of winter and all. It's time to go back..... sometime.... when I feel like going...... damn...... so tired just thinking about it..........

Phendrametrazen or something like that by Rx only controls appitite and will make you loose weight lost 25 lbs in about 2-3 weeks. My girlfriend works for a weight lose clinic so I was getting the stuff for free.
