It slowed me down as well, uninstalled it, and I'm back. I guess lag isnt my problem here

Whenever a kf page hangs on me, clicking reload 3x takes care of it. Hasn't been a problem since I switched to firefox however, and kf was the only site that I had issues with.

Switching to FF helped me out too.
