Default Spring Cleaning

Yesterday I left work at 11:00am and headed home for the day, and I decided to clean up the truck a little. With all the road grime, de-icer and black mold and green algae I had enough and just could not stand it anymore. so I spent 4 hrs pulling all the wheels off and detailing them. Brutal, I was so beat I was actually too tired to post it last night.

The de-icer is really hard on the aluminum wheels around here.

I guess with 2 payments left I decided to show the truck how much I appreciated the years of trouble free miles. The brakes are all done now and it just feels good to get her all cleaned up.

At least you have decent tires for that clay environment. Cannot say much on the dodge though. lmao

I checked the weather report thursday no chance of rain. Washed and waxed the truck, it sprinkled then the wind blew 20 mph and covered the thing with dirt from the wheat fields. I give up I'm gonna drive it dirty.

( Dodges rule the rest drool)

Lately, whenever I wash my truck, I'm being attacked by birds. It's weird 'cause i don't park under any trees or power lines.
Oh well....Good work on the truck Deej. I bet it even runs better now that she's all cleaned up!

OK get this. I bought the truck 7 years ago. It had 80,000 when I bought it, which as you now is like 10,000 on a normal car. I just checked the odometer and its right at 119,000. I'm sure I can go another 100,000 before anything major goes wrong........(fingers crossed) Just checked the Camry and the pay-off is at $2600.00 now. Man that's 7 payments left...YEE HAA!!! Truck will be paid off in June, and the car in November. What will I do with an extra $800.00 a month?......oh yea pay off even more stuff. I'm not supporting the failing economy anymore, I'm done. You could say I'm sticking it to the man....
