Someone did that to my co-worker's brand new Cadillac CTS. I detail cars from time-to-time as a second job, and took his sprayed car home with me to see what I could do.

Much to my delight, I found that TR3 polish takes spray paint right off. Smear it on in a thick layer, let it sit to soften the paint, start hand buffing with a microfiber cloth, and viola! The car is back to new.

Man Whorelock is right no need for an azz kicking,, I would catch them tie them to a chair. beat the face off of them. go to the dollar store, get some gold spray paint,, come back but my knee in there back grab there hair pull there head back and use 2 full cans in there mouth and hope they choke on it
