like the comments on that page point out - its a nifty james bond idea, but very imprctical. only time to use a flashlight is to be able to see at night. so flip it over to shoot and you can't see because the light is pointing at you. not to mention the loaded weapon is pointing at you when using it as a flashlight.
never ever ever point a loaded gun at something you aren't willing to shoot.

its just a .410 single shot. .410 is enough to kill a snake or bird. it was discontinued 9 years ago. besides. in order to carry one the security guard needs to be authorized to carry a fire arm - and if they are then they will have a real weapon.
