RE: the race season has started
from the look of the race the extra 200cc isn't showing its advantge yet. On the other hand you could tell they were having set up problems with the ducks. If you watch them in the turns the bikes were bouncing all over the place. You could really see it on Xaus biks. You could see him bouncing all over the place with the bike. Once they get that sorted out if they do, then the ducks will run away with the wins. Thankfully with the SBK rules if the ducks start winning left and right they start adding more and more weight to the bikes.

I saw the unstable chassis in the corners on the duc's, I just think since the power is so new they are not used to it yet. I am not a fan of the additional power they were allowed!

I would have told the Ducs to play in a class that they can handle and leave well enough alone. That the season or orgs is not made around their rules and specs.

My fav part of the races was when Biagi had a close pass provoking Haga into high-siding himself when he took his hand off the bars to shake his fist at Biagi.
I agree pipe it was political. Ducati brings a lot of money and history into SBK. To be honest If they were running 999's this year I think they would be beaten qucikly. Like I said if they have another sweep like this one all ducatis reguardless of how they placed will have a 12KG or 26 lbs in weight added to them. If they still continue to win they will keep adding 12kg to the bikes.

the super sport race was really cool to watch. The end was kind of sad and funny. The lead bike a R6 was about 2 or so seconds a head of the number 2 bike for the past 4 or so laps on on the last lap half way through it he ran out of gas and wasn't able to finish. The seond place bike was his team mate on another R6 took first place only to run out of gas half way through the cool down lap and had to hitch a ride on the back of another bike to the padock.
