wow. i remember last year, one of them... some lady bought a $2mil house on a cali beach a few weeks after she had retired. almost immediately after she moved in a guy broke in via skylight and fell on an improperly stored steak knife...he sued her for leaving the knife out and GOT THE ****ING HOUSE!!!!! now this poor old lady is HOMELESS cus some ******* is a complete and utter retard and the judge that got the case was half as smart as he is.

that and the garage one here... these imply that you atcually have to CONVINENCE the ****ers breaking into your house. its my ****ing fault you got stuck in the garage like a ****ing moron and i have to pay YOU!! bull****. if anything the guy in the garage should have to pay for the ****ing pepsi and dogfood he ate. and what? you dont have a voice? you cant call for help you dumb ****? hell, i could kick through a cheap wooden door when i was 12. what kind of whiney ***** are you??? and the kid stealing the rims... fair is fair *******. its not like the guy planned to run you over. and you cant hear the ****ing car door open, close, car start, shift into gear and start rolling????? **** YOU! conniving pieces of **** like this need to be executed along with any offspring. and there should be a law in effect, any judge that deals an unreasonable punishment/settlement is to be IMMEDIATLY removed from power and the case that caused that is to be re-done due to mistrial.

for instance. i remember reading about a similar thing somewhere... you know cali's 3strike law? yeah. there was a guy that had 2 against him form a LONG time ago.. since his last crime he had gotten marride/divorced and had 2daughters and he was raising them... they were about 7ish and he wanted to rent them a movie.. however this guy wasnt exactly rich... so he stole 2 ****ING BARBIE MOVIES out of the clearance bin. now.. he gets caught. this 45year old guy with 2 young daughters gets 50 ****ING YEARS for $5 worth of tapes. this was "to make an example of him" **** THAT! the point of jail is to punish you for what youve done, not to deter others.

suing was brought about to right a wrong in the form of money... not as an easy source of cash that if you get lucky you can hustle out of a hard working person.

and lastly. its called common sense. ****ing grow some.
