Hey in looking at this bike it makes me ask the question: Why can't they make a bike motor with the exhaust coming out of the back of the head towards the back of the bike, why, why, why, thoughts?

They have prototyped rides with what you described in the past. I am not sure what ride actually tried this. Ram air and exhaust out the rear of the cylinders. But if I remember correctly, it was doomed due to lack of airbox and exhaust volume.
