Loopback connection problem is when your NIC (Network interface card) is trying to ping it's address of 127.0.0.1
Start
Run
Cmd
ipconfig
I am assuming you do not have a gateway address or a valid ip address. If you do not type in the series of commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
This will cause you to get another ip address and likely stop this issue. Another thing that could be causing it is if your wireless card is on and you are wired. Disable the one you are not using if you are using both connection methods.
