Cool That would be great... just understand this is a cruise and not a race. No asshat riding. Kicking it up a notch is one thing - being a tool will get the offender excused from the ride.

Where are you coming from? Departure point is from the north side of Chicago, 8pm sharp on Thursday, June 12.

Sro, I was talking to a guy at work about it and he said he wants to go also. I didn't even know he rode. He was also talking about bringing a couple friends along. So probably 2-3 guys besides me and apparently his buddy has a trailer so we may just trailer our bikes over there, but first I wanted to make sure it was cool with you. I said I'd talk to you about it first.

Deuce...

I don't mind at all, but I need firm committments no later than May 24, as there may be hotel reservations involved, and also have to prep our crash spot in Green Bay and at my dad's for lunch. I am not going to end up getting stuck with a hotel bill for empty rooms, and excessive food wasting away.... ok?

The only thing I was thinking was that it is going to be a really long weekend for you guys to even trailer to Chicago, then trailer back. Thats why I was suggesting to come out a day early, ride with us all around the lake, and then at the best spot for you guys to head back - break off from us... probably around Benton Harbor or so?

I'll talk to the dude about it. I'm in for sure, but I'll let you know about the other dude and his friends. And I agree with you about the trip back from chicago. It makes sense. Lemme see what the guy says. Prolly have word back to you in the next couple days so he can talk to his friends and find out for sure whether or not they'll even be going.
