With all of our people wanting cruisers, I thought I would be sensible and just get a moped. They are cheap on gas, they are easy to get around town on, they cost much less than sportbikes, they are easier to perform stunts on and much safer.
Plus if you ever get a bunch of DUI's and lose your license, you already have your alchy cycle to get to work on.
I would imagine we could start a custom moped club and even have track days at the local go cart track, wouldn't that be fun! We could hang out at the local Wall Mart parking lot every Saturday night and act like nurds.
So lets be practical!..........................Not!

I hey I am NOT a NurD, in fact i am a moped fan, (love the smell of a 2-stroke in the morning)

Moped are awesome, efficient, and fun.

and there is already a "moped club" called the moped army http://www.mopedarmy.com/

in florida we have group rides that usually pretty fun and entertaining becuase we travel at a slower pace and truly enjoy a ride with people who collect and ride. been to a few places that are cool on mopeds.

this was the cleanest it has been so far. right now i am tearing it down and going to powder coat the wheels, frame, tank. in some sort red color.

also the specs on this engine are
67cc pedal start engine (real MoPed (Motor + Pedals))
Technics Expansion exhaust
Dellorto SHA 16.16 carb

also this bike hits a GPS verified 52mph with my fat self on it.

 

some of those moped track day vids I have seen are pretty cool. You see those guys dragging a knee on em. lol

After thinking about this, I have seen some pretty hot chicks on Mop heads. No, no way I couldn't do that, even for the chicks.
They will just have to be happy with my ZX14.

Here's my moped, imagine me on that thing. In fact before I even thought about buying the KLX, I bought this moped thinking I was going to ride it to work, well me being huge and the moped being a 50 cc, well you do the math. It would barely make it up the hill with me on it and that was doing switchbacks all the way up. My wife on the other hand can fly up the hill on it. OK so I have 150 lbs on her.
