Default I think I just saw a rider take his last fall

I was driving to lunch and saw a really managed motorcycle, it was red and a crotch rocket. There was EMS and police around him but I could see red fluid and knew it wasn't brake fluid. He wasn't wearing a helmet I could see, also he wasn't moving...
