It's kinda funny 'cause this is the cheapest house in the neighborhood! My dad, my brother's and myself built this house back in 1976 when this was a real cowboy town, absolutely nothing out here. Dick Van Dyke lived about three miles away and would see him at the local bar (Satisfied Frog or Horny Toad restaurants - check out there websites). Now it's surrounded by multi-million dollar houses! See the link below of the community.

I have a friend who lives near ASU, and he said that property and houses are dirt cheap out there. Well... I guess partially because it is in the dirt. I have given thought to heading either out that way, or back to the Pacific Northwest.

Nice pool...how do you keep it cool??? We use a pump in a stripper tower to keep the pool cooler here in Flatistan. But 100+....I think I'll stay here..lol .... we never see over like 92
