I still say the 08...Great bike right? More money in your pocket, buy and do some of your own mods...make it your own ride.

Besides, if you can talk the guy with the 08 into throwing in a free bag of cheetos, VOILA!!! lol lol

And then you can tell the other half, "baby, I was going to get the other one for twice the money, but I bought this one, and a COUPLE of parts, and picked these up for you" ...then hand the other half flowers/candy/etc...and you are golden! bam! lol

One year difference doubles the price? Its his first year, he doesnt have to be the fastest, as long as he is learning. And who knows if he will even be interested next year, I'm still going for the 08.

Weekend is coming up homie, hope the kid did his chores to pay for the gas on raceday

done!!!!!!

well stopped and looked at the 09 and fell in love. when the guy said it was new he wasnt lying. i've seen bikes in shops that had more wear than this thing. the 08 had me kinda worried. had... oil leak, recent tranny work, leaking fork and missing break leaver. yes the guy was willing to fix all before selling but for piece of mind and a little resale value it was the 09 that took it.
pluss i get a second air filter second set of new tires and 2 yes count them 2 spark plugs lol think shell buy it?

ohhh and no flowers but i did buy her a nice gift cause i was gone for a week so that might of got me a few browny points.

thanks all for your input.

now.........
how long can i hold on to it before giving it to the little punk lol. birthday is to far away
was thinking maybe report card time but what if it sucks lol

hmmmm happy daddy got you a new bike day?

maybe end of school year for advancing? yeah right i cant wait that long.

Didn't see all that, yeah that sounds a little rough. Congrats on the new ride. If the kid has a bad report card you can always take it for yourself and ride it around the yard

Sounds like you made a good decision looking at both in person.

Congrats on the new bike man!!!

Kids are only young once, and we get older everyday. Make it his birthday today.

Oh, and did I miss the pics of this thing?
