i had a friend on a buel lose his left foot to a cager makin a left turn. she just plowed right into him as he was commin around a bend in the road. they said when he hit, he was holding on so hard that he ripped the grips right off the bike and still had them in his hands when they life stared him out. it scared me just seeing my friend walk around after with no foot, and that happend just one month after i bought my bike. really made me think about my speed twice comming around bends in the road. anyway long story short, he sued her, now hes got a go go gadged $50k foot and two new bikes with electronic/air shifters. ones a zx10 longer swing arm and two stage nos and the other is a 92ci harley for cruzin the roads. lol, never thought he would ride again, but he says he cant not ride, he lives to ride....

hope your feelin better bro, i can only imagine your pain. And you shouldnt feel bad about going after the owner, its partly her fault for trusting someone that shady with her truck/car.... **** em!

Man you should sue the owner of the car. Go after them, if someone else was driving, they'll tell or pay the price. I hope things really work out for you. And everyone else please be safe and on the look out for dumb *** drivers.

also, even though her (the owners) car is impounded and she has been interviewed by the police, she didn't even contact her insurance company yet about what happened, somethings really sketchy about these people.
Go thru your insurance company. Find the person that tracked them for the tag number. They may know what the driver looks like and can tell you if the owner is telling the truth.
