Gonna get fit!
Last week I joined a fitness center to hopefully loose my Man-Cans and my love handles. Ok, I'm not that big, (180 LBS) but I'm still a little flabby. I have a gym at my apartment complex, but by the time I get off work, it's already closed. Plus I would like to be able to go swimming too. It's been a while since I worked out. I used to run an average of 3-5 miles at least four times a week, but today I was getting winded after only two miles.[:'(] Although after running, I swam laps in the pool for about 45 minutes. (not all that time was spent swimming laps. That would kill me!)

Fat people are also more humerous! I was at 180lbs2 months ago- I did a "what supplements" thread and yadayada... I weighed myself today and I'm at 152lbs. For weeks I went to the gym 6 days a week and did minimum 1 hour of HARD spinning, then weights, then 2.5 mile run to burn the last 300 calories. In addition to a solid gym regiment- I also cut out fatty foods and stuck to fruits, salads, and proteins... no soda, only water, sometimes with light flavoring... really watched my caloric intake at all times... except when out at the bars...
I didn't cut out the beer on Friday and Saturdays nights
7 more lbs to lose .. and then comes the muscle building! (BTW, I know a lot of the weight dropped is water weight, no need to mention that.. however, that is weight that I don't have to walk around with all day... everyday...)
Good luck with your workout! No pain no gain- in this case- nothing lost!
