Default Geocaching

I bought an etrex vista to use to find forest service roads and trails. During the process of learning about it I started looking at the geocaching site. It's amazing how many people hide junk everywhere. Just in my zip code there is 360 plus caches. At first I didn't think I would enjoy messing with it, but I found out I enjoy having a destination when I'm on the KLX rather than just riding for the heck of it. Anybody else tried it?

If you buried a Geo it probably made her happy, even ecstatic.

Yep, I even have one hidden. Placed mine in 2007...I think. Its awesome! It's like hunting for treasure, and getting there on the KLX is just icing on the cake.

Hey Ol Guy, next time we organize a ride, let's include a cache or two.

I've done it, usually it's a family thing and I take the kids on the "treasure hunt", though.

I had a 90 ford super coupe and got rearended by a geo. It smashed the geo up so bad they had to tow it and my bird only had a little scratch. Go figure!
