on the corner of Olympic & Robertson, the poor mans beverly hills 5 miles south and you can get killed by gangbangers. Hell 5 miles in any direction or really right where the dam thing is, okay it is in a sh%t area and surrounded by a sh%t areas with a few pockets of niceness, still lock your doors all the time.

I dont see how its "Futuristic", i mean they just took some design major's final project and built it. Besides really looks more like a futuristic house from the 50's which would technically make it retro now.

im a so.cal girl prom.. i was stationed at fort bliss in TX when i was on active duty.. and oh man did i hate life.. $hit there was cheap dont get me wrong.. everything was much cheaper.. but id rather be here.. there are some places where i still feel out of place.. and theres good places and bad places.. but its home you know? i can rant about everywhere in so.cal but still.. its home

That looks like the epcot ball collapsed.
Something jacked up is going on with gas stations though, that's for sure. In the last 9 months at least 6 gas stations within a 3 mile radius of me have up and shut down, almost overnight. Two were buldozed within a week after closing. Not sure wtf is going on - but these were franchise stations, some recently rehabbed and not mom&pop types. Some serious weirdness.
