I have a situation. My friend "ronald" is going through a crappity divorce. I offered to let him stay in my dining room to help save him some money due to child support, legal fee's, new car down payment etc, etc, till he gets better equipped to start over. Problem is "ronald" moved himself,and all of his stuff into my place. I told him i didnt need him to pay bills, just help keep the place clean, and to help me out if i need it. Problem is is that he is making a huge mess, he invites mutual friends of ours over to crash on my couch, they leave their crap at my house. Its hard to keep track of everything cuz i work nights. I just had him pay my electric bill that was 64 bucks and he bitched about that. Ive asked that he keep the dining area clean, and put his dirty dishes in the dish washer, but he doesnt. Im at my wits end.Any thoughts?

 

kick him out. he should understand thats probably why he is getting divorced his wife probably couldnt stand it either

 

give im 2 options.... either he does what you want, keep his stuff clean.... or he is living in his car.

The guy needs to learn he is a guest and act like it. You are going out of your way to help him and if he doesnt appreciate it, then kick him out until he learns to appreciate generousity.

Kinda sounds like college all over again. Roomates and all that bull****...
