Go to see your regular doctor and explain the problem, sometimes there is a physical cause, other times it is mental. Either way, there are alot of very effective treatments through some therapy, meds, etc. Go see your doc and they can help you decide what is the best course for you. Don't put it off too long either, because depression has a way of going from a nuisance to becoming a big problem very quickly. Good luck man.
