All the 360 issues were fixed or so they say when they changed to a new chip set. I made sure to buy mine after the change and have not had any problems. I think the date for the chip set is like 08/07 anything built after that should not have any problems.

i know what you mean, i still got my genesis. i would still have my n64 if i hadnt given it to a friend of mine and i bought a new nes since my original one disappeared leaving all my games and controllers still accounted for. I still have yet to tire of them.

As for MP3 players I stick with the Sony Walkman series players. Great players with superb sound quality blowing away both the Zune and Ipod. Plus you don't need any proprietary software like Itunes to run it. Granted they don't have one that's over 16g yet but I personally don't need 30+ gig of memory for music since I'd never be able to listen to all that by the time it needs a recharge (which is 40hrs).

I also still have my snes (somewhere I think), and N64, and I think my ps2 finally died on me after having it since the day the system first came out (yah it was a gen1). I mostly play computer games though and haven't plugged in a console in over a year.
