Even though I absolutely loathe NASCAR, I turned on the SPEED channel to what was called 'CASCAR'. I was like WAhhh?!?!?!?! What the hell is CASCAR? It looked to be NASCAR's racing, but they were on an 'actual' track. You know, the kind with turns other than left turns. Did NASCAR finally grow up, and become sophisticated? NO, it turns out CASCAR is just what our friends up north (the Canadians) do for stock car racing.

I actually had a small bit of hope that NASCAR wasn't gonna be lame anymore, but I was wrong.[>:]

I'll be keepin' an eye out for that. Sounds like it might actually be interesting.

 

Indy car racing is actually fun to watch sometimes just because they do use there steering wheels. But I have never heard of cascar. Silly Canadians!

 

CASCAR basically reminds me of indy car racing except with nascar bodies.

 

I saw it for the first time the other day as well. Yeah it is road racing in waht seems to be arca cars.
