I am guessing he is a baby? [:'(]

 

He can't be too old. I caught him in my room. He'll probably get a couple inches bigger by the time I get home.

 

But they only grow to about 6"

 

Has it been eating what you feed it?

He ate the first ant lion I fed him, but left the second one alone. I think it's because Camel Spiders live in the desert where there is not a lot of food. They probably just go a long time without eating. Yesterday, he was baring his fangs at me. I poked a toothpick down in the hole in the lid, and he used it like a jungle gym. I figured I'd give him some excercise. He's a cool little bastard for sure.

yeah awesome untill he escapes in your room while you are sleeping then uses his venom to numb your skin and burrow into your stomach like they do to camels
