Default blizzard ride?!?

yeah..

just did one..

quite gay.

don't ever let someone persuade you to ride on a day that you don't know what its going to do when you get outta work at 1:00am.

it was a balmy and breezy 40*F today when i left.

when i got on the road that leads to the road that leads to the road than leads to the road that takes me home, i saw a few flurries.. ah. pshhtt.. no worries. cold ride tho at 35*F..

well, within a few minutes i hit almost a complete whitout at an (interstate) speed of 70mph.

that was trippy.

lasted for about 20 of my 45 minutes of ride time.

fun, yet spooky.
you should see snow at 70mph!!!!!
like a bigass keilideascope (sp)

well. there ya have it. be safe and have fun!!

I've ridden the bike into the low 20's, and it has never bothered me since I wear really good cold weather gear. But riding in the snow?!!! You're crazy man!

lol.. i had no choice, and literally no warning.. i was ridin along, then bang. whiteout.

i was on the interstate, and was 1/4 of the way home.. luckily, i've ridden in the snow, so i knew what to expect.. it never stuck to the ground tho thankfully.. just got uber cold and wet... still made it homeon time!!

Sounds like a blast... glad you are ok

Coldest I have ridden was 18 degrees... but there was no salt or sand on the road yet.

I did ride the old ZX7 a couple times when there were flurries coming down in the daytime... man did I get some looks!

Otherwise - when it is snowy - I keep it on the snowmobile... try riding in blizzardy conditions at 60 to 90mph on that
