that's exactly waht happened to me the first time i learned how to ride ona suzuki sv650. I was in a parking lot that had light traffic and i saw a car coming my direction, panicked, hit the brake but i was still such a rookie i pulled back on the throttle at the same time, bike went rigth over.

dam that sucks man. noone touches my bike period. i wouldnt tell the ins company theres no reason to. have him fix the bike and your done.

Its going to cost a lot more in the long run to get the insurnce company involved. Just have your bro buy new stuff and slap him around a bit.

thats what we are thinking about doing. we are wieghing out the options right now. the deductable is 500 bucks and i dont htink there is even 500 bucks worth of damage. so we might not even go through witht he claim

My rule...you have to have a bike that I wouldn't mind riding for a while to ride my bike. That way I can still ride while theyre getting mine fixed.

I'm still waiting for the b*tch that recked my bike to buy the rest of my replacement parts. They always say they'll take care of it right away, until the excuses start rolling in.
