Default AVP-R

FINALLY they got the idea that anything involving "Alien" and/or "Predator" should NOT be rated PG-13. No, it should be R with its goriness and scariness. AVP was one of the longest awaited movies for a kid that often wondered "who would win, the Alien or Predator". Seeing the movie was like getting a lump of **** in your stocking (coal would be too good). Kinof like how they botched Freddy vs. Jason (at least it stayed true to its roots).

Anyway looks like a blood bath, and with the hybrid alien (if you've seen AVP). www.avp-r.com

Thats all my sci fi nerdiness for today

When I first saw AVP, it was on Cable TV, so I bought it because I couldn't wait to see what had been too gory to show on network TV... I'm sure you can all imagine my dissappointment to find that they really hadn't cut anything out!

they royally effed it up. just like they effed up mortal kombat in my opinion. they made a movie about a game that was legendary for its excessive gore (sub zeros fatality was chilling to me as a young man).

AVP had a decent story, but needed the Alien/Predator touch, IE: impaling someones head with that tongue thingy or pulling out a mans skull with his spine attached.

This one will probably suck too, but will at least be true to its roots.
