ok, ill see if i can walk you through it.

1.turn off fuel
2.remove the airbox(should only be two screws and a rubber band) really easy to take off
3.remove the clamp that holds the carb to the intake
4.pull the carb out and unscrew the top slide holder. be carful because all that holds the slide on is spring pressure
5.unscrew the choke cable, same thing be careful because the plug is only held on by spring pressure
6.turn it upsidedown over trash to drain gas
7. place it on a level workbench upsidedown
8. unscrew 4 phillips heads that hold the float bowl on
9. unscrew the piolot and main jets and blow out holes with air compressor
10. remove the little pin that holds on the floats and teh needle.
11. blow out all little holes you can find on the carb, at this point you have pretty much removed everthing on the carb so don tworry about loosing little pieces
12. replace floats and while the carb is upsidedown on the table look to see if the floats are level with the bottom of the float bowl, if not adjust them so they are
13. replace needle and floats
14. repalce jets
15. screw float bowl back on
16. choke and throttle slide
you should have it from there

now is a really good time to make sure that the jetting is correct for your alltitude.
also it would be wise to replace the needle and seet at this time seeing how those are what wears out.

all said and done i can do this in about 30 min for both carbs and maybe 15 bucks in parts. prolly looking at a few hours for everything
