Anti-Scooter Movement

RE: Anti-Scooter Movement
Because it looks like im riding a dirt bike on the street... which i am, but its legal, i get that from alot of people. I feel that 2 wheels is2 wheels, i wave to everyone all the time and if they dont wave back too bad, heck even littlekids on bicycles wave, they seem to like dirt bikes.... but around here the harley guys or should i say "cruizers" as to not offend anyone, (thats touchy in the klx section) are the ones who dont wave back. There arent many scooters around here.

My coworker has a drz400, and we go riding a lot...if we ever pass any kids they go crazy when they see it (it's also yellow and i call it the banana bike) and everyone typically scream "do a wheelie".
Whenever i see a person on a scooter, he/she reminds me of the ball collecter thinger at driving ranges...and i almost want to hit golf ***** at them

i just ride past all the sweetchucks on the road. scooter users arent riders, there just out to save a buck on the cheep transportation and **** off everyone behind them. and yes they have crappy attitudes. i wave to the harley guys all the time, sometimes flip off the yuppy harley riders. you can tell a biker from a yuppy anyday. I suppose really to be honest, there are jerks that ride any make and model out there, and I even tried at one time to lump certain owners into one mold, but that's not fair. It would be easy to look at scooter riders as granola eating Snapple drinking greenies just out there trying to save the environment, and their pocket books, but would that be fair? I learned my lesson from Iowa, thanks for the reminder, that not everyone fits into the mold we have conjured up in our own minds. Peace everyone.
